About the role
The Operations & Logistics Manager at Bazzaal oversees the full supply chain from Korean manufacturers to US fulfillment. This role owns production coordination, international shipping, customs compliance, and Amazon FBA operations, with a direct focus on cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
Responsibilites
MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLIER COORDINATION: Work closely with factories and suppliers to manage production timelines. Oversee inventory planning and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels. Manage relationships with shipping carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Monitor and manage production costs to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses. LOGISTICS AND SHIPPING MANAGEMENT: Oversee order fulfillment, warehousing, and delivery. Coordinate domestic and international shipments (B2B and B2C). Work with shipping carriers (DHL, freight forwarders) to secure the best rates and resolve delivery issues. AMAZON OPERATIONS AND FBA: Manage Amazon inventory and shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers. Oversee FBA and FBM processes. Monitor Amazon account health, stock levels, and performance metrics. IMPORT/EXPORT AND COMPLIANCE: Develop a shipping and export strategy to optimize international deliveries. Manage import/export documentation including customs clearance, invoices, and HS codes. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations. OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND COST OPTIMIZATION: Implement logistics automation tools and inventory management systems. Manage customer support operations, implement resolution strategies, and enhance service efficiency.
